Return Policy

At Noor Nights, we hope you adore our products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Eligible items (excluding FINAL SALE items) may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the policies below.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for domestic orders within 10 days of the order's delivery date.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges will be processed as store credit, and you will need to place a new order for the desired item.
  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Items with removed or missing tags are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Include the original packing slip with your return.
  • Inspection: We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or do not meet the outlined criteria. You will receive an update within one week of us receiving the returned item.
  • International Returns: We accept international returns. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated duties or fees.
  • FINAL SALE Items: Please note that FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
