Shipping & Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Domestic Shipping: After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier.
- International Shipping (COMING SOON): International orders may take 7-20 business days to arrive after shipment. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Delays
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we have no control over potential delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves our facility.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be charged for reshipment.
- USPS Delays: If you experience a delay with USPS, please contact them directly. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges for delays in transit.
- International Delays: International buyers are also responsible for any customs-related delays or charges.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to our support team. We may need to verify your mailing address before proceeding with a claim for a lost package.
- Incorrect Address: If the address you provided was incorrect, you will be responsible for purchasing a replacement item.
- Mail Fraud: Due to an increase in mail fraud, we may require re-verification of your address to file a claim with the carrier.
- Delivered Packages: We do not offer refunds for packages marked as "delivered" but not received.
